Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Human Resources Manager to lead and optimize our global HR operations.

In this strategic role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions across international teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance with diverse labor laws, and the cultivation of a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

You will be working closely with leadership and regional stakeholders to build scalable, employee‑centric HR frameworks that empower our workforce and support our rapid global growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives and promote a cohesive company culture.

Oversee the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and offboarding.

Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international employment laws and regulations.

Partner with department heads and senior leadership to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.

Lead initiatives in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

Supervise the remote HR team, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance guidance.

Analyze HR metrics and provide data‑driven insights to support decision‑making.

Manage HR systems and vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and scalability.

Serve as an employee advocate, addressing employee concerns promptly and effectively.

Continuously assess and improve remote work culture, engagement strategies, and retention efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP / SCP, PHR / SPHR) is highly desirable.

Exceptional understanding of HR best practices, international labor laws, and remote work protocols.
