Qualifications

• Hands-on, proactive approach with the capability to step into an existing HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver all HR activities across the business during maternity cover.
• Manage and mentor the remote HR Coordinator.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure legal compliance across HR activities in the UK and South Africa.
• Compile and coordinate payroll.
