A leading Managed Service Provider is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide exceptional technical support and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, proficiency in Windows 10 and MacOS, and strong communication skills. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary between R250,000 and R300,000 per year, along with a benefits package including educational reimbursement and team culture activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience.
• Familiarity with Office 365 cloud services is a plus.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing desktop and laptop support, troubleshooting break/fix issues.
• Engaging in security-related tasks, including investigating malware alerts.
• Documenting, tracking, and escalating tickets using our ticketing system.
