We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Expert to join our team for a 1‑year contract position. The ideal candidate will be based in Cape Town, SA, or work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll operations across multiple countries, currencies, and entities.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while collaborating with diverse teams across regions and cultures.
• Process monthly payroll for five entities, contractors, and secondee payrolls in nine countries across six currencies.
• Support annual remuneration review payroll data, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
• Upload, validate, and reconcile payroll data with our global payroll provider.
• Create multi‑currency payroll solutions.
