Job summary

A fast-growing e-commerce business is looking for a dedicated full-time E-commerce Auction & Operations Virtual Assistant to manage online auctions, assist with operations, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, excellent English skills, and the ability to adapt as the role evolves. Compensation ranges from $800 to $1,100 a month, with full remote work and various bonuses. This role will be conducted primarily during Eastern Time hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a VA, operations assistant, e-commerce VA, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor online auctions for Amazon returns.
• Assist with invoice entry and basic data entry.
• Perform small recurring tasks assigned by the owner.
• Adapt as the role evolves over time.
