A vacancy exists for a Registered Nurse - Trauma Qualified in the Accident and Emergency Unit at Life Springs Parkland Hospital. The successful candidate will report to Tessa Keulder, Unit Manager and will provide and coordinate evidence-based clinical practices and resources to achieve the company's strategic objectives of growth, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Requirements
  • Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
  • Postgraduate diploma/degree in Emergency Nursing for Shift Leaders.
  • Compliance with SANC Scope of Practice and healthcare legislation.
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS certification is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Updated knowledge of legislation, standards, pathophysiology, and diseases.
