We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Regional General Manager to oversee Eastern Cape operations for a leading national consultancy organisation.

This is a high-impact, executive leadership role with a clear growth trajectory into the Western Cape or Gauteng, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy and drive sustainable business growth.

Your Role

Provide strategic regional leadership across operations in supply chain services, technology-enabled security, retail (and other) facilities services, and industrial cleaning.

Build, develop, and lead high-performing teams, ensuring talent growth and a culture of accountability.

Drive regional business growth through proactive client engagement and identification of new opportunities.

Ensure operational excellence across all service lines, with strong focus on compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery.

Oversee regional financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and performance reporting.

Maintain and strengthen key client relationships to support retention and growth.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned to national strategic objectives.

Ensure adherence to all operational, regulatory, health & safety, and company standards.

What We're Looking For
