Job Purpose:

The Reconciliation Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling various accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to maintain compliance and support financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform reconciliations of multiple accounts, including bank, supplier, and intercompany accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reconciliation reports for management review.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
