• Assisting buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price and terms.
• Conducting market research to determine property values.
• Preparing necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.
• Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and auctions.
• Networking with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and contractors.
• Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of real estate markets and trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Experience in sales or real estate
• Driver’s License and own transport
