The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Manage project costs from initial calculations to final figures.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess, value, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier packages.
• Monitor and report on project cash flow and profitability.
• Ensure contractual compliance and manage variations and claims.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations and final accounts.

The Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience within a Project Costing or Financial Reporting role, ideally within the Manufacturing and Construction industry.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC), and cost control principles.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in excel
