What you'll do

As a QA Engineer, your key role will involve the application and advancement of Quality Engineering practices in line with established best practices, principles, and standards. Your focus will be on test automation as well as identifying and mitigating product risks and interdependencies throughout the product lifecycle within and across product teams. In this capacity, you will be tasked with finding connections and synergies, while also serving as a technical advisor and collaborator for the engineering, product, and other business stakeholders. This position is critical for enhancing quality engineering processes and identifying efficiencies throughout the product delivery system. Your key focus will be to drive our shift-left QA strategy where QA is involved from the beginning and consistently raise the bar on our test automation coverage.

Is this about you?

• Programming (OOP) in C# (and Python is preferable)
• Automation testing: Playwright, BDD Cucumber, Specflow, Reqnroll, API automation, Rest Assured, Pytest
• Performance testing experience (Jmeter or similar)
• Agile methodology and working in agile teams
• Git version control
• Experience with Cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• Experience with Containers / Docker / Kubernetes
• Exposure to data–heavy system testing where data ingestion, validation, and processing as per business rules are key
• Experience testing event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub)
• Bonus points for experience as QA automation engineer in mission‑critical services (e.g., banking, energy, health, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive Quality Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of QA solutions aligned with enterprise standards, including planning, estimation, and structured execution.
• Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with developers, product owners, analysts, and architects to meet client expectations and foster team alignment.
• Lead Test Automation: Design and implement scalable, standard‑compliant automation frameworks integrated into DevOps pipelines.
