Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Department.

You will be required to :

• Manage and execute architectural project stages 1 to 6.
• Lead and contribute to the design and documentation of school projects, including the preparation and submission of building plans to various municipalities.
• Work on a range of commercial and industrial architectural projects.
• Prepare and submit professional portfolios as required.
• Coordinate extensively with other disciplines (engineering, QS, contractors, consultants) to ensure seamless project integration.
• Ensure all work complies with Building Regulations, SANS standards, and relevant Municipal by-laws.
• Maintain CPD compliance in accordance with professional registration requirements.
• Conduct site visits as required for project monitoring and coordination.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Professional Registration (Pr.Arch) Mandatory.
