Responsibilities

• Data analysis and Excel reporting
• Handling investigations and quality reporting on Ford & VW parts
• Managing imports, exports, and back orders
• Addressing discrepancies, critical parts, and unboxing reports
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach
• VW Bot report submissions
• Managing domestic dealer quality issues, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conducting quality audits and inspections for compliance
• Reporting on inbound data
• Supporting dealer queries
• Assist with VW cutoff process
• Maintaining a positive attitude and responding calmly to customer/dealer complaints
• Collaborating with other departments for timely issue resolution
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 Mathematics & English
• National Diploma in Engineering or relevant qualification (an advantage)
