This role is all about connecting the dots – between clients, creative professionals, and internal processes – to make sure that projects run smoothly and deliver real impact.

What the job involves
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project goals, scope, milestones, and timelines
  • Planning and allocating resources across designers, animators, copywriters, and suppliers
  • Tracking project progress and ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget
  • Preparing proposals, costings, and managing budgets (including supplier costs and internal hours)
  • Overseeing client communications and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitating meetings, brainstorms, and daily team check-ins
  • Identifying risks or obstacles early and addressing them decisively
  • Keeping project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) up to date
  • Bridging creative and production workflows to ensure smooth delivery and quality outputs
  • Supporting management and creative directors in driving projects forward
  • Proactively spotting opportunities for revenue growth
What you need to be considered
