Role Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance and regulatory reform projects ensuring they align with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including objectives timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
  • Foster strong relationships with financial teams cross-functional departments and external stakeholders keeping them informed and aligned.
  • Establish robust project governance proactively managing risks dependencies and reporting progress to key stakeholders.
  • Inspire and manage project teams cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Drive forward-looking solutions to adapt to changing regulations and implement meaningful reforms
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management Business Law Finance or a related field.
  • 35 years of project management experience in professional services with exposure to compliance or regulatory reform projects being a strong advantage
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g. CAPM PRINCE2 or equivalent) is preferred. Advanced certifications (e.g. PMP PMI-ACP) are an advantage but not mandatory
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills including senior-level engagement.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project Jira or Asana.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage risks adapt to regulatory changes and solve complex problems under pressure.
  • Client-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes in professional or client-facing environments.
