A professional architecture firm in East London seeks a qualified Professional Architect to lead various construction and refurbishment projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, minimum of 5 years of experience, and SACAP registration. Responsibilities include managing all project stages from inception to completion, working alongside a BIM Manager, and handling municipal submissions. This role offers negotiable salary based on experience.

• Registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead Architect for new small to medium disciplinary professional practice in-house to large property portfolio.
• All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a Pr Arch from inception to completion & FM handover.
• Multi-discipline Revit & project AEC system development alongside BIM Manager.
• Planning and Management of contract documentation supported by a team of technologists.
• Municipal submission management and SAPOA area certification.
