Qualifications

• 5–7 years’ experience in a production or warehouse environment with proven leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and optimal workflow.
• Deliver against departmental KPIs while focusing on cost control.
• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve SOPs.
• Use data to reduce downtime and boost throughput.
• Coach and mentor supervisors and emerging talent.
• Ensure compliance with the OSH Act and internal safety standards.
