Production Manager

This role blends production management, client service and project management. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing integrated campaigns, understands digital marketing workflows and post production workflows, and is confident using project management tools like Chase and .

You will oversee timelines, budgets, workflows, supplier management, and ensure all deliverables are produced to the highest standard while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production & Project Management: Manage the full production lifecycle for broadcast, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, schedules and budgets.
  • Manage workflows from brief to final delivery ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare cost estimates, POs, and invoices.
  • Oversee quality control of all assets before client presentation and final rollout.
  • Manage suppliers and freelancers.
  • Organise and manage shoots when required.
  • Client Service: Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
  • Participate in status meetings, presenting progress updates and managing expectations.
  • Interpret client briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Digital Marketing: Ensure digital deliverables are produced accurately.
  • Understand key digital metrics, formats, and best practices to guide production decisions.
Experience
  • 5+ years experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a broadcast or advertising.
  • Experience managing broadcast, digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools.
  • Strong budgeting, sourcing, and supplier management experience.
  • Experience managing shoots and post‑production workflows.
Technical & Professional Skills
  • Solid understanding of broadcast, digital, and social content production.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost‑controls, reconciliations).
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client‑facing professionalism and confidence in presentations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced agency environment.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Production, Marketing, Media, Film, Communications, or related field (advantageous).
