Store of Value Product Manager

As the Store of Value Product Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end development of our banking and store‑of‑value products. This includes defining the product strategy, working with engineers on both the front end and back end. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, operations, and customer support, to deliver a world‑class financial product.

Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for store‑of‑value solutions, including savings accounts, digital wallets, and banking integrations.
  • User Experience & Design: Work with designers and front‑end engineers to create an intuitive and accessible customer experience.
  • Back‑End & Infrastructure: Collaborate with back‑end engineers to build scalable, secure, and regulatory‑compliant financial systems.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, risk, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the product meets regulatory requirements and delivers real value to customers.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and customer insights to refine and optimize the product continuously.
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay informed about financial services trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to ensure our product remains competitive.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, banking, payments, or savings products.
  • Experience working across both front‑end and back‑end product development.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for engineers.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across teams.
  • Prior experience working in high‑growth, customer‑focused environments.
In your first 90 days at Mama Money you will:
  • Get to know the ins and outs of our business, in particular, how the various systems and teams work together.
  • Understand who we are, where we are coming from, and what we are trying to accomplish, taking our values into account.
  • Get up to speed on the current and upcoming projects; understand the blockers and challenges and suggest innovations and changes.
  • Work closely with the Tech Team to understand the quarterly priorities at Mama Money.
  • Establish relationships with key external partners.
