  • Client Needs Analysis : Collect and analyze clients' requirements and feedback regarding products. Collaborate with headquarters to enhance products to better meet the specific needs of the local market.
  • Product Promotion : Drive the promotion and showcasing of new products to clients. Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Implementation Support : Assist clients in the implementation of products, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  • Sales Support : Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute product sales strategies. Identify target markets, prospects, and opportunities to increase product market share. Provide input on pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination : Coordinate, communicate, and educate between Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of products internally. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing initiatives to elevate team proficiency.
  • Competitive Analysis : Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' offerings. Identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Team Collaboration : Contribute to team efforts by actively participating in meetings, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in product management roles within the payments industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly and at short notice.
