Responsibilities include:

  • Product Management planning, direction and analysis
  • Develops and drives a product roadmap required to achieve the product strategy for allocated products.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to advise on product positioning and variants for different customer and user segments.
  • Determine product costs and forecast revenue potential to determine product viability.
  • Work with creative teams to produce product prototypes and review with customers and stakeholders to determine if requirements are being met.
  • Manage product demand and backlog items and provide the business rationale on priorities to software development teams and other stakeholders to ensure that, over time, the needs of customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved.
  • Define feature level product requirements with customers and internal stakeholder to enable translation to detailed business requirements.
  • Review all product enhancements with delivery teams and gathers feedback from customers to ensure it meets the expectations of customers (implement, iterate, repeat)
  • Ensures product standards are met to ensure products align across business units.
  • Develops and executes go-to-market strategies for products to maximise relevance and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse and report on product metrics to ensure product health, ROI and usage meets the defined product KPIs
  • Review product issues post resolution to identify non-technical product improvements or opportunities.

  • Creates and drives delivery plans to support the implementation and future proofing of the product management service strategy
  • Continuously align with internal and external stakeholders on product roadmaps, data-driven insights and improvement feedback.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure they understand the business impact of product issues, risks and possible options to resolve or mitigate.
  • Create and maintain product documentation and facilitate training of relevant stakeholders to ensure awareness of relevant product details
