Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification is required.
• NQF4 OD ETDP Level 4 certification is necessary.
• Certificate in Process Supervision is advantageous.
• ISO 9001 of 2015 certification is advantageous.
• 4 years of experience as a Process Supervisor or Laboratory Supervisor will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops to employees across departments.
• Utilize adult learning principles and create tailored learning experiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in areas like safety procedures and technical skills.
• Administer assessments and provide feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with supervisors and experts to develop training materials.

Skills

Operational Risk Management training

Knowledge of training principles

Familiarity with instructional design techniques

Good understanding of safety regulations

Knowledge of LMS or SIMS

Computer Literate

Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s license

Education

Grade 12
