A leading business solutions provider in Durban North seeks a Business Analyst to analyse, document, and optimise business processes. You will facilitate stakeholder workshops and design efficient processes while ensuring compliance and governance. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in process analysis and possess relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Information Systems. Analyse, document, and optimise business processes across the project value chain.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture AS-IS processes, business rules, and control points.
Design TO-BE processes using process engineering principles to support standardisation, efficiency, and improved service delivery.
Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and rationalisation opportunities.
Develop BPMN process models and supporting artefacts (process maps, SIPOC, RACI, SOPs).
Translate optimised processes into clear functional and non-functional requirements for digital enablement.
Support governance, compliance, audit inputs, and change management activities.
Collaborate with business, ICT, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and traceability.
Qualifications
Matric and Information Systems bachelors degree or equivalent (NQF Level 7), Qualification in Business Analysis and/or Process Engineering.
Experience
