How you'll role

The Process Engineer will lead the optimization and re-engineering of business processes within the banking sector. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives, improving customer experiences, and achieving operational excellence. It requires a blend of technical process engineering skills and banking expertise to work effectively across business and technology domains.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end process engineering initiatives
• Design and implement 'To-Be' processes using best engineering practices
• Conduct complex process analysis, including throughput and waste identification
• Identify and promote automation opportunities, such as RPA and API-based integrations
• Collaborate with architecture and digital teams to define future operating models
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma for process optimization and waste reduction
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and root-cause analysis sessions
• Collaborate in digital transformation to engineer automated workflows
• Support the deployment of workflow engines and robotics for process automation
• Ensure process documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
• Lead medium to large process improvement projects and cross-functional teams

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in process engineering within the banking sector
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Advanced skills in process mapping (BPMN, EPC) and tools like Visio, ARIS, Bizagi
• Proficiency with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere
• Strong analytical skills to justify process improvements
• Strong knowledge of banking operational processes and regulatory requirements
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus
• Experience with Agile project environments and business architecture
• Power BI or advanced data analytics capabilities are advantageous
