Overview

We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement and ensure world-class quality in automotive production.

Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established quality systems and standards.
  • Analyse process and quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer specifications and expectations.
  • Support production teams with technical expertise to resolve process-related challenges.
  • Maintain and improve documentation in line with quality and operational requirements.

  • In-depth understanding of quality systems and concepts
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automotive product standards
  • Proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
