Introduction

Hesto Harnesses is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate to join the Engineering Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Engineering team to deliver with Quality (Scope, Cost and Time).
• Plan and manage multiple product/engineering deliverables.
• Monitor Engineering Performance, KPI and Action Plans.
• Write & Review Procedures and Work instructions.
• Ensure TS/ISO requirements are met.
• Effectively communicate with direct and indirect management.
• Effectively communicate with customers.
• Ensure that customer objectives are met.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma and B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Essential).
• Project Management Diploma (Advantageous).
• 3 to 5 Years Product Development experience in the automotive environment (Essential).
• Experience in a management/leadership role (Advantageous).
• 2 Years’ experience in the Automotive industry (Essential).
• 1 Years’ experience in a wiring harness environment (Desirable).
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
