We are looking for a PPC / SEM Specialist to join our international team and help scale our South African operations into a large‑scale powerhouse.

As a PPC / SEM Specialist you will be responsible for taking care of the campaigns of your clients in the English speaking areas and develop new campaign strategies to make them the rock stars of their industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and execute innovative campaign strategies to ensure our clients become industry leaders.
  • Campaign Excellence: Create, manage, and supervise high‑impact Google Ads campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Data‑Driven Optimisation: Continuously analyze performance via Google Analytics and attribution tools to maximise ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the International Account Management team to exceed client expectations and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Content & Research: Conduct deep keyword research and craft compelling search ad copy that resonates with target audience behaviour.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Education: A National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: at least 1‑2 years of relevant experience, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Social Media, Display, or Video Advertising is a major plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Multilingualism: Fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish is highly beneficial.
