Summary

Experienced Power Automate Developer with over 3 years of expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. Strong background in integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications.

Proficient in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and implementing secure automation solutions to improve business processes.

Technical Skills
1. Microsoft Power Platform Expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows) for process automation.
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) for building low-code applications.
  • Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for chatbot automation.
2. Workflow & Process Automation
  • Designing, building, and optimizing automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Experience in integrating Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Planner).
  • Creating automated solutions involving Dataverse, SQL Server, and external APIs.
  • Knowledge of UI flows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for automating legacy applications.
3. Scripting & Custom Connectors
  • Strong understanding of Power Automate expressions and formulas.
  • Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and OData for data integration.
  • Developing and managing custom connectors to integrate third-party services.
4. Security & Governance
  • Implementing role-based access control (RBAC) in Power Automate.
  • Understanding DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies in Power Platform.
  • Securing workflows using Azure Active Directory (AAD) authentication.
5. Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization
  • Debugging failed flows using Power Automate logs and analytics.
  • Optimizing workflow efficiency by minimizing API calls and using parallel processing.

  • Develop custom connectors to extend Power Automate capabilities for unique business requirements.
  • Ensure seamless communication between Power Automate and Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization
  • Diagnose and resolve workflow failures using Power Automate monitoring tools and logs.
  • Optimize flows by reducing API calls, enhancing query performance, and implementing error handling.
