Qualifications

• 57 years of commercial and sales experience, preferably in the Poultry Industry.
• Strong technical ingredient and food application experience.
• In-depth knowledge of poultry, poultry ingredients, and poultry processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial and technical aspects of the Poultry division.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while driving new business development.
• Lead implementation and execution of projects to drive volume and sales.
• Collaborate with support function managers to develop sustainable, profitable business.
• Conduct hands-on product testing and customer trials.
• Travel extensively to liaise with clients and ingredient partners.
