About the Role

The Plumbing Manager will oversee all plumbing aspects of luxury residential developments, ensuring systems are installed to specification, within budget, and on schedule. The role requires luxury project experience, technical expertise in high-end installations (including Gerberit), and strong leadership to manage teams on site.

Key Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in plumbing projects (not someone aspiring to management)
• Stable work history with contactable references
• Valid COC licence
• Extensive experience with luxury residential plumbing installations, including Gerberit systems
• Strong knowledge of plumbing regulations, codes, and best practices
• High-end project exposure (luxury estates, apartments, or similar)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all plumbing installations on site
• Ensure compliance with building standards
• Lead and supervise plumbing teams, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other managers to integrate plumbing with broader project requirements
• Monitor budgets and costs, ensuring resource efficiency
