BSc or BEng in Metallurgical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering,plus a Master's in Metallurgy.
5+ years' experience in boilers and industrial plant environments.
Boiler designs: Shell & tube, watertube systems
Combustion, circulation, and heat transfer principles
Pressure vessel manufacturing and life assessment
Corrosion chemistry, boiler water treatment, and alloy steel applications
Metallurgical failure analysis and microscopy skills
Advise on strategic materials for boiler and pressure vessel systems.
Collaborate with design teams to implement material strategies.
Scout and inspect top-tier steel suppliers locally and internationally.
Conduct in-depth metallurgical inspectionsfrom hardness testing to replica analysis and heat damage evaluation.
Represent the brand globally at industry exhibitions and inspections.
National and international travelis expected
