Qualifications

• At least 1 - 2 years’ experience after nursing/phlebotomy qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex blood and specimen collecting procedures.
• Conduct pre-and post-test counselling to explain blood draw procedures.
• Identify, prevent and report risks to ensure patient safety.
• Perform administrative tasks for accurate recording of patient information.
• Ensure all utilised stock is accurately recorded and charged.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships within the multi-disciplinary team.
