This is an office-based position in Midrand — Must be able to reliably commute daily.

POSITION INFO : About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to senior management and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record in managing executive‑level priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative and personal support to management, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and confidential documents with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Oversee and maintain office filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication flow.
  • Assist in project coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and ensure the office environment runs smoothly.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reports and invoice tracking.
  • Support with HR and onboarding administration where necessary.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support business operations and management priorities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Senior Administrator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
