Job Description
  • Provide advice and support to employees and line managers on a broad range of people & organisation related matters including the interpretation of policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Supports line managers and employees by providing credible Employee Relations advice and support including participating in disciplinary and grievances processes.
  • Ensures effective implementation of Talent Management, performance management and Employee Benefits processes in support of the organisation’s EVP initiatives.
  • Provides talent sourcing support to ensure recruitment of suitable and top talent for the operation.
  • Supports the implementation of the approved operational blueprints and guard against unplanned labour resources.
  • Engages and supports line managers in reducing labour unavailability by continuously tracking and monitoring including identifying root cause analysis and providing reports.
  • Implement operational effective Onboarding and off-boarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee data ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Implement a purpose-driven, high-performing culture that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity, supports engagement and fosters continuous improvement to work processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in Human Resources management or Industrial Psychology.
  • Post Graduate Degree Human Resources management or Industrial Psychology (Advantageous)
  • Valid EB/Code 08 driver’s licence
Experience
  • 3 - 5 Human Resources experience
  • HR generalist experience essential
  • Experience in mining or related environment advantageous
  • Computer literate for role including SAP HR

  • Proficient in Talent Management processes and implementation.
  • Proficient with interpreting and understanding of SA transformation legislation requirement.
