Job summary

A global FMCG market leader seeks an experienced People and Culture Manager in Cape Town to drive their people strategy, oversee talent management, and handle labour relations disputes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, including substantial management experience, and a solid understanding of South African labour laws. This position offers a competitive package of R1.8m plus bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in HR management or as a Senior Business Partner.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Labour Relations experience.
  • Strong FMCG or pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Craft the people strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Plan, develop, and implement People and Culture products.
  • Manage labour relations disputes across the organization.

Reporting to the Director P&C you will be responsible for for playing a meaningful role in crafting their people strategy. Planning, developing and implementing the People and Culture products whilst dealing with labour relations disputes across the organisation.
