Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Liase with customers
  • Customer visits required
  • Computer literate
  • Responsible for invoicing and return of parts
  • Receive approved payments form customers / credit check customers with accounts before releasing parts
  • Be prepared to work as part of a team and uphold professional service at all times
  • Standby duties required
  • Understand and work according to parts ordering procedures with the company
  • Maintain a thorough and up date knowledge of products
  • Use and apply knowledge and personal skill to carry out work allocated
  • Ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met
  • Ensure that all customers and company vehicles and property, including equipment, are handled appropriately, exercising due care and control.
  • Maintain the highest level of professional standards when discussing work with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Comply with Health and safety regulations and safe working practices
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring common areas is kept clean and are in order
