A relevant qualification in Supply Chain or Procurement is advantageous. This role requires maintaining accurate purchasing records and liaising with various departments to meet parts requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and purchasing of truck and trailer parts and components.
• Request and compare supplier quotations.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on deliveries and lead times.
• Ensure correct parts are ordered according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
• Liaise with stores, workshop, and operations to meet parts requirements.
• Assist with stock level monitoring and replenishment.
