Partnerships Assistant
Johannesburg, South Africa | Full-time

We’re looking for a Partnerships Assistant to support Sourcefin’s affiliate network and help us grow our impact.

At Sourcefin, we make purchase order funding and invoice discounting easy for South Africa’s forgotten SMMEs. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Partnerships Manager to onboard and retain affiliates, manage reporting, and keep our partners engaged. You’ll be the connection between affiliates, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring processes run smoothly and partners feel supported.

What you’ll do
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Partnerships Manager and the affiliate network.

  • Onboard new affiliates and grow existing relationships to supply leads.

  • Cross-functionally collaborate with other departments to ensure affiliates are engaged and supported.

  • Facilitate affiliate contracts and payments.

  • Share and generate affiliate reporting and performance insights.

  • Track and update affiliate activities using tools like Asana, Hubspot, or internal systems.

  • Communicate updates with affiliates and handle escalations effectively.

  • Assist in executing the affiliate communication strategy.

  • Represent Sourcefin at networking events.
