Job summary

Qualifications

  • Post-registration experience in general practice or primary care
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or the ability to undertake training.
Experience
  • Experience in general nursing practice within a primary care setting or similar.
  • Experience in patient assessment and delivery of evidence-based nursing care.
  • Understanding of clinical governance, infection control protocols, and safeguarding practices.
  • Chronic disease management (e.g., asthma, diabetes, hypertension).
  • Experience in administering vaccines and performing health checks.
  • Knowledge of care navigation in primary care settings.
  • Familiarity with emergency care, health promotion, and preventative services.
