We are hiring a Paid Media Manager for Paid Social to run campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and Axon by Applovin. This hands‑on role involves uploading creatives, pacing budgets, optimizing performance and ensuring flawless QA. You will drive growth through high‑volume ad deployment, creative testing, audience refinement and actionable insights.
What You Will Do
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Axon, ensuring accurate setups, tracking, naming, and audience structures
- Take day‑to‑day ownership of select channels including setup, pacing, optimizations, and performance monitoring
- Perform detailed QA using internal checklists to validate ad copy, landing pages, audiences, formats, UTMs, and platform requirements
- Upload and organize a high volume of weekly ads (50 plus per week) across multiple formats including 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16
- Maintain organization within project management and creative tools such as Asana and Air
- Support reporting and analysis in Motion, Northbeam, GA4, and internal dashboards by surfacing insights that improve performance
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager and Creative Strategist to implement creative testing, identify winning combinations, and refine performance
- Track platform updates and test new formats, placements, features, and creative approaches
- Contribute to process improvements that help the team move faster and scale campaigns effectively
What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in paid social media buying, ad operations, or digital marketing execution
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required
- Experience with Pinterest, TikTok, or Axon by Applovin is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of paid social campaign structures including audiences, placements, naming conventions, budgets, and pacing
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot errors before campaigns go live
- Comfortable working in analytics tools such as Motion, Northbeam, and GA4
- Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to stay organized in a high‑volume environment
- Self‑starter who takes ownership and maintains structured, reliable workflows
- Experience with Asana, Air, Motion, and Google Sheets is preferred
- Hybrid schedule with collaborative office‑based work in Woodstock, Cape Town, once a week.
