Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media search networks.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and run A/B tests to continuously elevate campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to achieve maximum ROI and minimize wasted spend.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure PPC efforts align with broader business objectives and brand initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs, conversions, and other essential performance metrics.
  • Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends, search opportunities, and areas where we can outperform competitors.
  • Support the creation and optimization of landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay current with paid search trends, emerging tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands‑on PPC campaign management experience.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and ad copywriting skills.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience running paid ads on social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how PPC integrates with organic strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  • Experience managing campaigns for e‑commerce or lead‑generation initiatives.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
