Operations Support Trainee (Fast-Food Franchise) | Westville / Umhlanga / Ballito

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-obsessed Operations Support Trainee to join the team of a busy fast-food franchise. You will be able to work from any of the stores between Westville to Ballito.

If you love structure, systems, problem-solving and keeping things organised behind the scenes… this might be your next big break.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, grow quickly and become a long-term asset in a busy operations environment.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Operations and help keep 11 stores running smoothly.

  • Matric required
  • Tertiary education an advantage
  • Min 3 years working experience
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel/Sheets is a must)
  • Driver’s licence (advantage, not essential)
  • Experience in retail or QSR admin is a bonus but not required

Duties:

  • Checking daily store reports
  • Ensuring systems & processes are followed
  • Monitoring maintenance logs & follow-ups
  • Managing documentation, SOP checklists & audit readiness
  • Running stock variance and wastage reports
  • Gathering weekly performance data
  • Following up with store managers to close admin loops
  • Spotting problems early and escalating issues responsibly
