Job description

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION :

• A tertiary qualification in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field, supported by a minimum of 10 years experience in operational leadership, process optimization, and national and international product distribution (including exports).
• Proven ability to manage operational budgets, implement continuous improvement strategies, and maintain efficient supply chains in high-pressure, service-driven environments.
• Strong business acumen and natural leadership capabilities, with a sound understanding of Hazchem compliance, storage, and distribution protocols.
• A solid track record in supplier relationship management, import / export procedures, and third-party logistics coordination.
• A valid drivers licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and a clear credit and criminal record are essential.
