The successful candidate will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of oil, gas, and marine facilities. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and over 10 years of experience in oil & gas production operations are required. This role offers relocation support and involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil & gas production operations (onshore and offshore) is preferred for 10+ years.
• Knowledge in treatment/desalination and gas processing.
• Expertise in HSE compliance and energy efficiency.

Job Purpose

Provide operational excellence support across all production operations (Onshore and Offshore). Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of oil, gas, water, and marine facilities through compliance monitoring, operational assessments, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.

Experience

• 10+ years preferred in Oil & Gas production operations (Onshore and Offshore).

Technical Knowledge

• Treatment/desalination.
