A reputable training provider in Johannesburg is seeking a highly driven New Business Sales Executive to achieve sales goals and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have sales experience in education, a Grade 12/Matric, and a Certificate/Degree in Sales. Qualifications

They offer students of all ages and companies digital, blended and in-class skills training, short courses, qualifications, and workshops across a wide range of business skills topics to meet their career needs and move their futures forward.

Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)

ESSENTIAL: Minimum Grade 12 / Matric

ESSENTIAL: Certificate or Degree in Sales

ESSENTIAL: 2 – 4 years sales experience

ESSENTIAL: Sales experience within an education and training environment

ESSENTIAL:Knowledge and experience of the BBBEE Skills Development Scorecard, relevant tax incentives and SETA funding

ESSENTIAL: Proficient in Microsoft Office

ADVANTAGEOUS: National Certificate in OD ETD Practices (NQF Level 5)

ADVANTAGEOUS: Knowledge and experience of the financial services (i.e. banking, credit and insurance) industries

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Identify prospects and manage sales cycle to close new business.
  • Actively seek out and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Assess current client needs.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and quotations for client presentations and approvals.
  • Contribute to team sales efforts by accomplishing results.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional communities.
  • Adhere to sales processes, policies and procedures that guide the sales activities of the company.
  • Perform all administrative tasks relating to the initiation and closing of a sale.
  • Complete monthly commission claim sheets.
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service in line with company customer service standards.
  • Identify and satisfy clients’ training and skills development and related needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor and solicit feedback from clients on products and services rendered standards.
