Overview

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an experienced sales professional to our team — someone who understands high-end flooring and matting solutions and thrives in a project-driven sales environment.

This role is for a professional who:

  • Has proven experience selling high-value products and services and/or premium flooring and matting.
  • Understands project-based sales, specifications, and long sales cycles
  • Is confident engaging architects, designers, contractors, and decision-makers
  • Is proactive, self-driven, and not afraid to go out and hunt for new business

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a sales expert who knows the market, understands value-based selling, and wants to grow with a business that prioritises quality and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
