Responsibilities

• Support Network sales directly via engagement as a program CFR and a CFR in critical opportunities/programs, establishing a clear and realistic delivery plan for products and services to ensure readiness to deliver on the pre-sales plan and alignment of contractual obligations with the customer to minimize exposure.
• Lead the delivery of critical opportunities/programs in a strong project matrix setup with responsibility for program/project delivery by establishing delivery processes, tools and methods according to PMO WoW, including program structure, financial settings, resource and service provider engagement models to deliver high quality with a first-time-right approach.
• Responsible for Network contract presales scoping, contractual conditions, fulfilment and profitability, ensuring that all products and/or services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements for the customer.
• Act as Ericsson’s counterpart to the Customer’s C-level to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the escalation point for all products and services delivery activities with complete ownership of customer contract fulfilment (internally and externally).
• Own scope management including planning, delivery and customer acceptance, and identify and drive upsell opportunities via organizational change processes.
• Drive establishment of key projects in line with presales and contractual commitments; drive recovery plans for the implementation of key projects when necessary to meet targets.
• Assume the role of Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) for Network opportunities to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms from pre-sales through program delivery and customer acceptance. May also serve as Program CFR for the duration of a program and as FAS Sponsor from creation of the fulfillment assignment (FAS) to closure.
• Manage programs on behalf of the customer with the service Deployment Program Management, reporting to the Program Sponsor in the customer organization.
