Qualifications

• At least 12 months of relevant residential valuation experience.
• Strong understanding of property construction and valuation methodology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1 and 2 (HomeBuyer) surveys as appropriate.
• Complete mortgage valuation reports for clients.
• Maintain high standards of service and turnaround.
