A leading humanitarian organization is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to lead the Monitoring CFM and COMET team, ensure compliance with monitoring standards, and support evidence-based decision-making on program design. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in international development, with over eight years of relevant experience and the ability to manage diverse teams successfully. This full-time role is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Education: Advanced University degree in social sciences, statistics, development economics, performance management, monitoring and evaluation or other related fields or First University degree with additional years of relevant work experience and/or training/courses.
Experience: Minimum of eight years of relevant professional work experience in international development or humanitarian work.
Minimum of four years of experience in managing complex monitoring and/or evaluation activities spanning a range of policies and programme initiatives.
Experience in managing diverse teams of M&E staff.
Knowledge Proven experience in supervision and coordination of broad portfolios of country‑level monitoring activities in humanitarian or development contexts across multiple field locations.
Operational experience in programme design, implementation, monitoring and reporting including development of M&E Strategies.
