  • Strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution

  • Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for product expansion
  • Resolve account issues before escalation to maintain client satisfaction
  • Promote brand visibility and loyalty through community engagement and client advocacy
  • Handle key client portfolios such as Infinity Data, 3GMobile, Evercomm, Atlas Furniture, etc.
